It is not compulsory to register as a member. However, it is recommended to create an account for your easy tracking before you check out.

If you’ve forgotten your password, just click on the “Forgotten Password” link below and we will send you an email to reset your password.

Step 1: Add your favourite items to cart.

Step 2: Once you have finalised your orders, click on “CHECK OUT”.

Step 3: Fill in your personal & shipping details. Double check on the items that you would like to purchase. Once it’s done, click “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD“. If you’re an existing customer, click “COMPLETE ORDER

*To ensure efficient delivery of your parcel, remember to double check your shipping and billing address as well as mobile number to make sure all details are correct.

Step 4: Select Payment Option and proceed with the payment.

We accept payment from major credits cards, bank transfer and E wallet

Step 5: Please check your inbox. You will be receiving an automated email to confirm your order(s).

Step 6: You will be receiving another automated email from us to confirm that we’ve delivered the items. The delivery tracking number will be stated in the email for your own tracking.

Note: All orders are deemed confirmed and final upon checkout.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX credit card. You will have the option to proceed the payment via payment gateway

Once chosen your preferred payment method, you will be automatically directed to a secure ……….  page upon completion of your orders. Once payment has been successfully transferred, you should receive an order confirmation email right away.

We provide free shipping to Malaysia and Singapore. There will be shipping fee charged for other international transactions. You may refer to our “shipping”  section for further details.

We are unable to change any details or make cancellation on orders after the order has been placed. So please ensure all personal details are filled correctly before placing your order.

We generally deliver all orders within 2-3 business day upon receiving order confirmation (where you receive a confirmation email from us) within Malaysia.

For international orders (outside of Malaysia), there may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email  info@estic.com.my

You will be liable for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with your local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty fees.

We offer 7-days hassle-free return for all our items!

Return/Refund request is only applicable if you:

  1. Did not receive the order
  2. Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories)
  3. Received the wrong product(s) (eg.wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
  4. Received a faulty product (eg. Does not work as intended)

Unfortunately, Return/Refund request is only applicable for UNUSED, UNALTERED Full price items only (Sales Item excluded). Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. All returns shall be sent to our Return Warehouse.

ESTIC offers a full refund depending on the return/refund cases which will be reviewed by out team. All refunds for the item exclude the original shipping costs.

Kindly note that you may only raise RETURN/REFUND request once the order has been delivered

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@estic.com.my  using the email address used to order our item(s) prior to returning your item(s). 

Pictures of the defected/wrongly delivered items should be shared with ESTIC upon receiving the goods via email or WhatsApp Messenger 

In such case, please contact us at info@estic.com.my and we will exchange the item or arrange a refund. 

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.) 

Once the items are returned to our warehouse, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). 

ESTIC cannot be held liable for the loss of items. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details. 

  1. Securely pack the item(s) in a box/parcel with a label printed “RETURN”.
  2. Deliver the item(s) to the address below:

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@estic.com.my so we can urgently review the matter for you!

 

International Shipping Rates
FREE Standard Shipping to Singapore (Delivery of 4-7 working days).
FREE Express Shipping to selected countries with the following conditions:

  • Hong Kong – Purchase(s) made is above MYR350 per transaction
  • Brunei – Purchase(s) made is above MYR450 per transaction

Malaysia Shipping Rates 
Express shipping fee for ordered items are RM 7 (West Malaysia), and RM 10 (East Malaysia).

FREE Express Shipping within Malaysia for orders RM100 and above.

Expected arrival of goods: 5 – 8 working days upon order confirmation (when you receive a confirmation email from us). An email notification with the delivery tracking number will be sent to you via email for your reference and personal tracking.

Mailing address:

Mailing address provided upon order confirmation has to be in FULL & ACCURATE. Should there be any mistakes in such details, delivery of goods will be done 2 – 3 days upon receiving the accurate mailing address and shipping fee will be charged to the buyer.
